What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped within Australia using Australia Post. 

We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless goods are temporarily out of stock in which case we will endeavour to contact you to notify of the delay. 

Postal Insurance is available on request.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Faulty Items

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Raw Home. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may seek a refund or exchange. Please contact us via email to discuss your options.
